A Mediterranean chronicle of a family that has been let down by history. This is the story of Yasmina and Noureddine, who have to contend with the pressures of a domineering mother, a country that is adrift and the ruthless barbarity of extremism. Let Them Come is an adaptation of the novel by Arezki Mellal, who co-wrote the script.

Born in London, Salem Brahimi is an Algerian-French producer and director who is the son of consummate conflict moderator and UN diplomat, Lakhdar Brahimi. Salem Brahimi started his career as the production manager on the highly acclaimed French film director Claire Denis' Beau Travail in 1999. He then went on to direct documentaries including Africa Is Back (2010), about the return of the Pan-African Festival of Algiers, and Abd El-Kader (2014), a mixed live action/animation on the admired 19th century Algerian leader and humanitarian. Let Them Come (2015) is his feature debut.
